Cars of the Stars Cars of the Stars is our sister museum and is also located in Keswick in the Lake District, England. The musuem is in the centre of Keswick and is well signposted. Use the Pay and Display Bell Close Car Park, off Victora Street, which is only a one minute walk away. COTS is also owned by Peter Nelson who started a motor museum with a focus on television and film-based vehicles in the old Royal Oak Garage in Keswick. The museum opened to the public in May 1989. Cars of the Stars Scotland is now in Alexandria, Loch Lomond! In July 2009, we opened a brand new visitor attraction, Cars of the Stars Scotland in Alexandria next to Loch Lomond. We also have a collection of vehicles from the world of film and television, within the amazing Grade A listed building that was once the largest motor car factory in the world, the Argyll Motor Works, now the Loch Lomond Galleries shopping centre. The exhibition was very successful and ran from January 31 until closing on May 4th 2009.
