New to our museum this summer is the Aston Martin DBS V12 from the last Bond film, Quantum of Solace. We are very proud to have this car on display here at Keswick since August 2009. Complete with Italian white, chalk quarry dust and a missing driver's door, this is the fabulous car from the amazing pre-credit chase sequence from the last Daniel Craig film. Come and see it for yourself!
The first direct sequel in the franchise, Quantum of Solace uses another Aston Martin DBS V12 in the opening pre-credit sequence. This time it takes part in a fast action chase as Bond drives from Lake Garda to Siena with a captive Mr. White stashed in his boot.
This amazing start is directed by second unit director Dan Bradley who had previously worked on the Bourne films.
